I really enjoyed this. I am in the process of creating a library in my Edwardian house, and the atmosphere pleased me very much, and sent me in from the garden to do a bit more work on it. Thankyou.😊
❤ Good story Nice narration whether be it human or computer AI. Atleast we get to enjoy variety of literature this way amidst our busy schedules. With hectic life, we hardly get time to spend time for reading books regularly. This way audiobooks and radio dramas keep us informed and entertained on the spectrum. Thanks for posting! 😊
I'm a bit confused at 10mins in. Wife had said the the doctor had pronounced heart failure as cause of death, yet when price examens the scene of the crime he sees blood stains left after the victim had been hit on the head from behind. I'll listen further to see how that unravels.
How does one know it is an AI narration story. I quite enjoyed both the story and the narration . Thank you so much for posting . Dont like the interruptions of advertisement tho.But do we dont have a choice do we😢
Not as described. The same info comes to light time and again and again with a cast of unlikable characters only to have had your time wasted at the denouement with a surprise entity. Sorry for the bad review, but Ten thumbs up for posting a new (to me) author.
I want to weep. I hope the estates of these writers have legal recourse to these dreadful recordings. People learning english would read this better. Aaaaaarggghhhhhh😖
As a feminist l hate to,post this but l find it difficult to listen to a woman (however good the diction) reading detective stories. I don’t like female readings generally.
I find that as well, often. First narrator reminded me of the actor from (😂 the popular series set on - Downton Abbey! 😂), then narrator changes. But I read so many comments that people suggested AI. I didn't get that. I also find many much easier to hear at a .75 speed. But then I've only got this far and started checking comments, and many were against story or narration. What do I know!
Thank you. I write these stories, I am huge fan of Old English Detective stories and thought that there ought to be folks like me out there so I created this channel and I always used to write poetry then moved on to such short stories. I am still learning all the technicalities of it and definitely aim to make the quality of my audiobooks better and better.
Please like and subscribe :)
My gratitude to the poster. Your responses are far more gracious than many folk deserve. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words.
Its much nicer at .75 speed. Not as rushed and gives me time to digest.
❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for visiting our channel :)

Muito obrigado. Suas amáveis palavras significam muito para mim.
Sounds more natural at .75 the speed.
Thank you. It's much nicer at .75

Maybe he had as heart attack from the shock of what had happened to him?
Liked the story very much, thank you☺️
Thanks for listening
Thank you. I enjoyed it very much!

Reader was awful one tone only
Lovely thank you. 😊
Most welcome. Thank you for listening.
Thanks for posting!
Beautiful narration n good story😊
Glad you enjoyed! Thank you.
If you like robots
I rather like the house! Now I've got sort of halfway I'll keep going.
Reading a text is very difficult, evidently.
Thank you, very enjoyable .👍

Narration not working....
Because .....
@@clivesmith9377it's amateurish, almost illiterate

I liked the story as well
The reader 🙁
Really evident in Chap 9
Thanks.
You're welcome
AI reader .. ? .. woodem -- lacking the overtones & resonance of traditional narrators .
Doesn't grab you, does it?
Ads every 2 min????!!!!!!!
Great shame polluted with copious ads
Who wrote this?
Snap! My question too!

AI
Sorry the reader is wooden, and I couldn’t listen😊
The reader changes chapter 2 and is better. Chapter 1 sounded like my Sat Nav, maybe AI
Really unmotivated and cold talking woman who the hell allowed this to go on air
Robotic narration, impossible to get past 4 minutes.
The number of Ads in this audiobook is outrages.....
Thanks for your feedback, we have taken the necessary steps.
Why are there more than one narrator ???? In the middle of a chap - so peculiar. One narrator is very good - the other extremely monotonous
thanks for your feedback :)
Just to respect the English language ❤ 'Why I S there more ...'
Really nice story with a stupid twist at the end really disappointing
I didn't care for this one.
Couldn't enjoy
Too many ads
thanks for your feedback, will definitely look into settings and see if I can change that.
There were so many mistakes and repeated words in this story. It was awful.
The voice is good, but the reading is awful. There's absolutely no feeling....👎
Horrible narrator! Gave up on this so quickly.
Sorry, AI narration is unacceptable. Find a human reader with normal inflections, please.
I really dont like the voice.
Boring voice.
I don't think so.
I cannot listen to this monotone AI voice, i keep on automatically tune out due to it sounding like my ex.
Well, atleast we know your ex sounded great :).

Thanks for posting. I find the reader's neutral narration rather good. Would someone be kind enough to NAME the author PLEASE!‼️
The author is me.
