Hi thanks for info. Im wondering if there will be any other machines that are much more affordable . Ie special edition kaffe or tim holtz or updated etc..Hard to justice a new TOL machine that costs more than or as much as my car.. 😂
As a Top of the Line launch, this one is getting a bit more attention than we normally see for machines. Most of what they introduce at BU (in 3 weeks) will be as much of a surprise to us as it will to you. Special editions, new machine lines, and such things are generally just sprung on us, then we get to pass along info and build expectations so that folks will want them when they finally show up. I don't expect too much major to happen the same year as they put out a new Top machine, but I do know that there will be at least a 735 Swiss Edition (hint: It's red and comes with a red walking foot). But that's about all I know, and that's because that one was supposed to come out in the spring, but the 790 Pro production line requirements made them postpone it until BU.
We have it on good authority that there will be several new machines and products. And that is the end of what we know! Make sure you are subscribed so you can are notified for our What's New from BU video.
BERNINA makes great machines that start at right about $1,500. We also sell used machines, were you can get a previous top of the line with all the bells and whistles for a fraction of the cost! There is also a really great range of bernettes that we carry, which are designed to be more price conscious. I wish Bernina would provide firmware updates that could be downloaded on a Mac. I like to be able to do updates without having to visit a dealer. Also, hoping they are changing this machine to an OS that’s not built on the ancient Windows CE platform. Such great machines. But, these things really hold me back from buying a Bernina.

I am wondering how many quilts, clothes, sheets I could BUY with their MSRP asking price on this machine. Ridiculous. Doesn't excite me one bit.
