Rescue Task Force Gear and PPE

During this video, Firefighter Paramedic Rick Morris will provide an overview of the common rescue task force (RTF) gear and personal protective equipment (PPE) that will be used by many OAKWAY fire departments. This presentation is hosted by Geoff Lassers from the West Bloomfield Fire Department.
*OAKWAY, or MABAS 3202, is comprised of eleven township/city full time career fire departments. Each year, one OAKWAY Fire Department takes the lead to organize, design, and deploy a mass causality incident training event. The 2023 event is scheduled for September 22, 2023, and is being coordinated, planned, and designed by the Waterford Regional Fire Department. In preparation for this event, multiple videos and other training resources will be made available to all OAKWAY fire departments and related emergency services.
