You are doing and looking so amazing! Good on you, my friend! I had RNY 22 weeks ago and have NEVER lost 5.9 pounds in a week! So the fact that you were on vacation and STILL lost that amount is amazing! Yay!
@@thistothatlife Im falling right into it, just fine. Ive had almost no side effects or complications (except that pesky, unrelenting constipation thing). Ive lost weight so many times, in my life, I find this part to be easy. Im REALLY looking forward to the maintaining part and learning to do that the healthy way, not just gaining it all back and starting all over again...again...again lol

Great job for all the work you have done. I am have my orientation for biaratric surgery in November 2023. I can not wait. Your videos help me so much. I am so glad you have done these videos I live in st thomas ontario. I'm also nervous. But I now this is right for me.

Hi Laurane. Every program is different. Most program require a BMI but that can vary depending on any accompanying conditions you might suffer from as well. The best thing I would suggest is to ask your GP to send a referral to your local Bariatric Clinic. It's a journey that's worth having, if you're suffering from obesity and its accompanying symptoms and illnesses. Best of luck on your health journey. Keep me posted.
