Man u had this channel for so long and still do videos respect for that
Sogeking wait untill he get rich ... :)))
I been doing the same thing here. From the smoker to the pressure cooker. Its a great combination. I did it with beef short ribs the other day and they were great. Yep just 15 minutes under pressure and was done perfectly. The ribs were not falling apart, but the bones came right out with little effort.
My dad goes absolutely crazy for the turkey neck on thanksgiving, he must love this too haha, also would you ever do a kitchen tour? I'm always so curious about how your kitchen looks,
I just became a fan of your channel! I absolutely Love it jack keep going strong my friend ! :) can't wait to try all these recipes...
Very cool. I'd have never thought of smok'n necks but the look great. I'd like to see how to do the gizzards in the smoker.
Don't you just love your pressure cooker. Turkey necks look delicious.
Turkey necks and gizzards are awesome and thanks for sharing.
6:45 Haha. The subtitles say get somebody's Turkey neck. XD
What kind of pressure cooker are you using and how much? Awesome video! That's why I'm a subscriber!
1:56 i seriously though he was gonna say DEEZ NUTS
Looks great. Yes please.
So at what temperature are you smoking, it would be nice to know
Wow you had that cute little kitchen in your older videos I just came from. I like the color of the old kitchen. But this is very elegant, I'm sure you like it even better.
Cynthia King I'm happy to have any kitchen. Thanks for your kind words.
I love turkey necks. I'm gonna try smoking them and seasoning them like yours, they look delicious.
Any reviews on this smoker?
Awesome turkey necks Jack!
The sweet Chilli sauce is so good I like it with baked chicken wings carrots and onions sliced thinly , I a have to try it with the turkey
Never tried turkey neck, but it looks great!
One Kitchen - A Thousand Ideas very meaty! You'd be surprised.
I love smoked turkey neck we use it a lot in African food but in America it can be very pricey for ingredients so I'm trying to find a way to make it cheaper and you helped a lot
hey man, you send your sauce to México?
Quick question. Do u ever have any problems with heat management with ur Traeger? Cuz mines a little wonky.
blare117 mine fluctuates but is generally on the temp I want. there is a way to adjust it. Call customer service and the will show you
Good video
do they have to be cured?
By gawd, you are a Southern boy after all Jack! Necks, gizzards, a smoker and a pressure cooker to boot! :)
All that time in Californee-ya has done you well my friend, the way you spiced things up there!
Hope those AC boys got ya cooled down, for it shore has been hot this past week...and hope they appreciated the good vittles you served them!
I wonder if your products are becoming available in TN Walmarts and such since you've moved here. I know they're on shelves out west, sort of hoping you worked out a distribution deal to include TN now that you live here, that would be awesome!
Randy T. Scarecrow yes. I am trying to work out something great before years up.
Its amazing how many people in the comments have not tried turkey necks.
I want to try this :D Thanks for uploading!
Hey Jack, where did you get all those turkey necks?? Store bought??
Tyler Turkington I ordered them from a local meat market. I buy them by the case. then freeze them in my big garage freezer. It last about 4 dinners through the year. Love these
He said butcher
What did you do with the gizzards? You showed them on cam, but never did anything with them on cam. Necks looks good though :)
The Skinny Chef they got smoked later. Not enough room on the grill. It took three rounds of smoking. This gizzards were good but I like them better in the spaghetti sauce.
What did the guys working on your AC think of it?
wizardful they were cautious but loved them
If someone offered me a bunch of turkey necks and gizzards after work, I would be very appreciative but say there's dinner ready for me at home.
Hey Jack, would you mind doing a home made teriyaki (doesn't have to be your exact one you sell of course) for those of us who can't buy it in our countries? :)
NeccoWecco ..That is a great idea..
THANKS
I never knew about Turkey Necks, till I watched a video from chriscook4u2,,,, But we don't have Turkey Necks here in the State of Washington. I am going to have to wait to buy them when I move to Clearwater,FL.... Then I am going to have to buy that pressure cooker you have,, I won't be able to have a Smoker,, since I will be living in an apartment without a balcony... but maybe I can buy a small little thing to go into the oven?? And that sweet chili and terriyaki sauce I will have to try that..
Barbara Corfield all this can be done in the oven. write me privately on FB and I can give you the instructions.
Cooking With Jack Show Thank You ,, I will do that.. thanks a bunch..
steveo288 ..I know.. this building I am in right now is very very old.. well. Not as old as the one building I lived in. it was over 100 years old....But yep.. I can't bbq on this balcony... which is fine. looks like I can make these in an oven...
***** ,,Yikes.. Now that is Old..LOL.. I lived downtown Seattle in the Pike Place Market area.. It was really fun living there.. If they ever thought of getting AC. I would go back and live there...lol..
***** ..more likely to have a heart attack than to tasting my thigh.....
Please do a show on just the chicken gizzards, you said something in chat about them being better in a spaghetti sauce?
I like pork neck bones this way. Bony yet so good.

Take off that sticker/instructions off the cooker! Btw I am definitely going to try mixing sweet chili and teriyaki sauce with various recipes. Thanks again.
DarkSouljah hahaha. I still have the plastic on the perimeter of my 55" samsung smartTV. I'm bad at this.
Lol youre trying to subtlety brag about your tv jack. Why not just say your tv or flatscreen?
