    I been doing the same thing here. From the smoker to the pressure cooker. Its a great combination. I did it with beef short ribs the other day and they were great. Yep just 15 minutes under pressure and was done perfectly. The ribs were not falling apart, but the bones came right out with little effort.

    I love smoked turkey neck we use it a lot in African food but in America it can be very pricey for ingredients so I'm trying to find a way to make it cheaper and you helped a lot

    By gawd, you are a Southern boy after all Jack! Necks, gizzards, a smoker and a pressure cooker to boot! :)
    All that time in Californee-ya has done you well my friend, the way you spiced things up there!
    Hope those AC boys got ya cooled down, for it shore has been hot this past week...and hope they appreciated the good vittles you served them!
    I wonder if your products are becoming available in TN Walmarts and such since you've moved here. I know they're on shelves out west, sort of hoping you worked out a distribution deal to include TN now that you live here, that would be awesome!

    What did you do with the gizzards? You showed them on cam, but never did anything with them on cam. Necks looks good though :)

    • @cookingwithjackshow
      @cookingwithjackshow  9 років тому

      The Skinny Chef they got smoked later. Not enough room on the grill. It took three rounds of smoking. This gizzards were good but I like them better in the spaghetti sauce.

    I never knew about Turkey Necks, till I watched a video from chriscook4u2,,,, But we don't have Turkey Necks here in the State of Washington. I am going to have to wait to buy them when I move to Clearwater,FL.... Then I am going to have to buy that pressure cooker you have,, I won't be able to have a Smoker,, since I will be living in an apartment without a balcony... but maybe I can buy a small little thing to go into the oven?? And that sweet chili and terriyaki sauce I will have to try that..

    • @cookingwithjackshow
      @cookingwithjackshow  9 років тому

      Barbara Corfield all this can be done in the oven. write me privately on FB and I can give you the instructions.
