For example more on how a 9-line is used, the different types of med-evac vehicles/aircraft, and a little more in depth on each category. Also differences between war time and peace time. Overall though good "brief" explanation on 9-line.

No. The only required "Break" is after line 5. Some people break between evacuation priorities (line 3) and # of patients by type (line 5).
Just please don't say the number 4 and the letter P like he does, you'll get laughed off your 9-line
