Old tip for cutting foam from the retired Auto Upholster. Level 1 hacksaw blade. Level 2 electric carving knife like you used for Thanksgiving. Level 3 take your little air grinder with some 80 grit and you can give the foam final shape. To make it a little plush glue, some batten to the foam and slide your cover on. Just hit me up I love to pass on the knowledge.
I estored a camper in 2018, The one thing I wish I had done was glue the interior more securly. the modern construction adhesives work wonders and the camper stays stiffer because of the glue joints. Looking good! Glamping in little campers is a thing and often requires a decorative theme. so cool! BTW- - - If you look at Northern Tool youcan buy a 26 gallon weed sprayer tank with a 12 volt pump that has a pressure switch set at 70 PSI. I bought a new one and use it for drinking water and a shower supply. The shower is cold as I have not added a water heater. I modified the weed sprayer wand and converted it to a foot valve and added a shower wand for showers. so far It has worked for 4 years no issues.
Finally a longer video of The Homies :) You all are a riot... And i knew the hand was goin through the window just as soon as u started pushing on it... And finally... Someone get this man a jig saw... Makes for jutting those curves and trimming for the outlets so much easier and alot less burnt wood smelling w/ the grinder... lol
GRATE job you guys are wide open all the time love watching you guys I'll see you all at the Rod Run I will be there Thursday - Sunday God bless be safe.
❤Great Video.. I love the camper and would like to have one some day. Like the inside, tin, paneling, colors and the loverly “qurtains” ..Kurtins?🤔Cloth over the windows stuff. That will be great for your trip. Love that your whole family is so involved with your creativity. Love seeing your Niece helping out. Guys have a wonderful trip and will be waiting for the highlights of Pigeon Forge ❤️🙏🥰Be Blessed 🤓
Hannah that last scene was a perfect ending and could be a season cliffhanger for the right show. Great job you two. Really liked your fleet lined up for the eclipse celebration. Awesome channel.
Hay thanks for the trick to measuring out the wood, that's one way to do it. I would have used paper or cardboard. I had a 1964 Shasta camper year's ago I bought off the original owner. That I let the wrong people try to help me do a few renovations on it that turned into a disaster. Destroyed it. I should have just left it alone and until I did my research on help to get it redone.
Cory you done a great job on cutting the curve out one thing might have been better when you installed it and nailed was to put a bead of liquid nailed on to help from coming lose from road bump..look at the back side of things dogs and cats get the house Hanna her trailer you the buss.❤😅😊
Don't let Cory take a windshield out. Glad that's all it done to you..thats what a hollow core door was to keep the weight down..trailer looking great.
I am glad that you guys know you are unsafe as said by Cory. I am an old guy that enjoys watching your project builds and have learned the hard way about safety. Just remember that if you ever have a bad accident because "safety is third", then you will not be able to build more projects and make money. Just saying. Wish y'all the best!
Years ago I redid a 63 Hiawatha the same size and at 6'1" had to sleep knees bent..lol you're gonna want to convert that front to a bed as well I think. Love your videos guys.
Just a little info for you. Most doors inside your house are hollow core doors , they all have cardboard inside them. Another helpfull hind is when working with fiberglass insulation, use baby powder on your skin , it will keep the glass from sticking to you and you will smell better too.
Aqui no Brasil há bons projetos de costumização utilizado caminhões Chevrolet C60 ou D60 fabricados no anos 70 e 80 no qual são instalados motores, câmbio , eixo dianteiro e traseiro dos caminhões Mercedes Bens.
Next camper you wire , use #14 wire for the light circuits , more flexible and easier to work with no need for #12 wire in light circuits , especially with led lights nowadays ...
Just an idea if you have to do it again in the future. If you have a table saw, rip the trim in half. Would bend easier, not look as bulky and only need to buy half as much. Otherwise, love the trailer
My father when he was younger took his skill saw guard off and in a hurry put it on the floor still running so it just did a circle right across all his toes cut them clean off...happy ending they put them back on...lol
I grew up with no guards on any power tool or chainsaw! I still have 10 fingers ten toes, but only 9 toenails! If you drop a Dodge 2500 tailgate on your big toe, break it 3 different ways ( my toe, the tailgate was fine!). My toenail had to e removed. Eddie
They do make a thicker vinyl and stuff. It’s a lot thicker and it’s not real thin like that. I don’t know if it’s in the wallpaper section I think that’s where it’s at.
Of course Cory is a GENIUS he marred Hanna!!...❤Luv You Two!!❤
And in my opinion, Hannah will spoil anyone you want!😆
I'm sure the man has questioned that choice a time or two already.

You could make the bed either a full or a queen size size like a daybed so it can be a couch and a bed to fit both of you comfortably
Awesome little camper!!!!
Get some metal primer and your favorite blue metal paint that will match your fridge for your sink.

Should put some of your collected stickers on the camper door, also cwc should be somewhere on the camper
Trying to find a camper like that here in TN for a good price. So will be at the show in the danger ranger with a camper topper

I think you can get an epoxy pint and paint it teal to match
Please make sure all your electric connections are tight. Also like that like Bad Chad you can learn a lot from him.
Just an idea if you have to do it again in the future. If you have a table saw, rip the trim in half. Would bend easier, not look as bulky and only need to buy half as much. Otherwise, love the trailer

That’s was a smart way Cory
Next week on CWC Cory and Hannah make home made bread and churn butter!
it's easy nowadays..,they make machines for that...
Get the sink sandblasted and powder coat match with the fridge and microwave
Good luck renovating your camper trailer Cory and Hannah
The safety squint always works
I hope to meet you guys again in the gal at rod run. Or if I get on the ball I’d like to make beatersville
Buy a twin xl they are made for semi trucks for the lower bunk and y’all will have more width room then a standard twin.
Doing this kind of stuff is how you learn, in a few more years you'll be experts at it. Buy a jig saw though
Them safety squints will work til they don't.
Sewing is easy. I made clothes for myself and a female friend in the past.
They do make a thicker vinyl and stuff. It’s a lot thicker and it’s not real thin like that. I don’t know if it’s in the wallpaper section I think that’s where it’s at.
Hi Hannah, Looking Good!! : )
TO PREVENT MOLD UNDER THE MATTRESS DRILL SOME HOLES IN THE PLYWOOD. LOOKING GOOD.
You all are hilarious. Corrugated cardboard just like a hollow core door.
Cory, put a piece of Lexan in instead of glass. You won't break that! Eddie
Cool
