DSG gear box replacement or repair cost is 3 lakhs plus if it is out of waranty after 5 years and it is imported engine makes spares nightmare expensive. Pl go through zac hollics launch video and he asked to go for 1 litre model which is assembled in india. Cars in india is to keep 10+ years when you want to spend 20 lakhs + price.. It is debatable on long term ownership challenge...
DQ200 maximum cost is 1.5 lakh for multicultch and mechatronics bro. Not 3 lakhs. And still is expensive. Nowadays the failure is far less than previous yrs.

Why should we have spend hard earned money in changing gear and curse to have fun, better we can have without fun with normal gear box.. This vehicle is for people who has black money or excess money to spare, 23 lakhs for 1500 CC is too high, japanese vehicles are far better and we have to drive in indian roads.. 😃
The maximum torque can handle by a dq200 is 250nm. If u push the output figure beyond 250nm dq200 can’t handle its so mechatronics will fail
If your car is a daily commuter in busy traffic area like always had a problem with b2b traffic pls avoid dq200… occasional traffic didn’t make any harm to u r gear box
Proper maintenance for dq200 is compulsory after reaching 60k km

Since it is their hard earned money it is their wish to buy their own car. We can’t force anyone to choose a car of our interest.
