    Hi, I’m Ivorian. This looks very good and very delicious, but it is not what we call “Garba” . Garba is made with fried tuna fish, and you have to coat it with flour and salt before frying it.

    I just bought the boxed Attieke... You just pour water over it and let it sit in the fridge? If so how long in the fridge?

      I usually put mine in the “freezer” while I prep the other ingredients so maybe about 10-15 minutes. Then microwave it!

    What is the stuff in the bowl that you added water? What’s called?

      It’s attiéké (fermented cassava couscous)
