Even though Marcus is picky, I still serve him everything I make and have him try one bite. I don't make him finish it if he doesn't like it. I think this is a good way to help him like more foods. I really loved this! It’s almost time to start dinner and I’m motivated. I want to do cook with me videos on my new channel but I’m worried that straying away from cleaning style videos will make people not want to subscribe.. did you experience any troubles when you added cooking videos?
Thank you for all the great ideas! The only thing I wanted to mention is that I always try to stay away from 0% non-fat yogurt as we shouldn't cut back on these healthy fats, they're too good for us. I'd suggest reading on this subject, it's pretty interesting :) Some companies add unhealthy ingredients to replace the extracted healthy fats, which is pretty crazy when you think about it.
