I made the corn pasta salad and it was excellent!! I couldn't find orecchiette though, that is a difficult pasta to find! So I used bow tie pasta.

@@chuusily44 try searching UA-cam for summer salad. Ever hear of tuna salad? Egg salad? Potato salad? Aside from that there are tons of cheese (especially cottage and feta), lots of fish and a decent amount of yogurt. Google "ambrosia salad." It's nauseating.

@Jenna R. Well I was making a joke and it was quite clear that I was simply teasing you but on a more serious note the only actual summer salads Ive found to be non vegan have got feta and cottage. However, after 20~25 videos ive only found 1 with shrimp and the ambrosia which is more of a ceviche in my opinion. But yeah thanks for the insight!
P.S the ambrosia salad i saw had mulled salmon, red beans and lime which isnt you typical fruit whipped cream and vej salad you've probably saw thus leaving me to say that it is more of a ceviche.

the last salad could probably not be put back into the watermelon rind because they cut it two times in the sides so its no longer able to handle liquids without leaking out all over the table

In Catalonia, I had thematic dinners each evening...I was so surprised with using of lot of pineapples in salads and in salted meals one evening. Was that Brasilian cuisin, I don't know. Can your team make some recepies like that?
