In the latest DLC for Dragon Ball Z Kakarot there are new sets of D Medals in every area. In this Gaming Guide Done Quick we go over where to find every D-Medal in the Far Southern Islands Area of Goku's Next Journey. There are only 10 D Medals in this area and their pretty easy to find but hopefully this video will help you save a bunch of time.

It depends on which chapter you're on, I believe some of the medals only appear as you progress the story further.
