Hi Devesh, Great point. It would be impossible to look at a whole person through just one assessment. The Predictive Index Behavioural Assessment specifically looks at your workplace related behaviours such how you like to communicate, build relationships, approach risk, make decisions, deal with change etc. It doesn't look at your personality traits (ie sense of humor), your values & ethics, your emotional intelligence or cognitive capability. We use a wider variety of tools to help individuals discover more about themselves. However, we find PI is highly accurate into your workplace traits and how to best manage you at work.
