  • This interactive workshop will encourage participants to reflect on the current demands in their lives and how these demands impact their well-being, identify the barriers to achieving work-life harmony, and create one or more SMART goals to initiate behavior changes in support of personal well-being. Workshop participants will examine the impact of stress; share successful re-prioritization strategies; and learn time-management and stress-management techniques. At the conclusion, participants will be acquainted with Student Health and Well-being resources.
