Thank you, thank you thank you! As a competitive shooter that is struggling to reach anywhere near my potential your drills and the reasons for them are really helpful. I would love to see you do a video on Drills for an indoor range. But I really appreciate your insight and I’m sure everyone else fortunate enough to find this video does as well.

i love seeing professional shooters shoot to see what they do that i dont. what i noticed here is how even a professional shooter "anticipates" recoil. you can tell by the slight dip in the barrel when he shoots and there is no round in the chamber. i mention it bc everyone that has tried to "correct me states that recoil anticipation is bad

I'm about a year in, currently M Class in Limited Optics. Just get out and shoot a match, it's the best way to start. Dedicate a portion of your money to training if you want to get super serious about it and dry fire at least 15 minutes a day, five days a week. Make sure to take breaks as you need them, too. Always pay attention to what guys like Hunter, Mason Lane, Brantley Merriam, etc are doing.
If you just wanna shoot for fun, then just go to some locals and have fun! Just because it's competitive doesn't mean it has to be stressful.
