This is so true! When the state comes it's actually like it is supposed to really be. As soon as they leave everything goes back to short staff. I think that the state is in on it because somehow they never show up when we're so short-staffed

Very true at every place I have worked for. It be people you have never seen before in suites helping feed and pass meals. Nurses be nervous as hell and on edge. Linens be stacked and proper supplies are available. The workers in the office that never speak to you on a regular be smiling and speaking politely. I just be flabbergasted by the acts they put on for the state.
