Ultra liner i used to drive used to do the same thing shifting from 4h to 5l.i used to hold the shift till i knew shed change easy on the clutch,only gears i actually would use the clutch mind you.love that sound and great vid mate.

They certainly have. You can blast right by without even lifting off now.
It's a shame they don't make this motor anymore price of fuel these days ridiculous
I did not know Mack put Jake Brakes on their V8s.
The engine brake is called a Dynatard. Pretty much useless.
I have a dynatard on my 440 Superliner and it’s awesome
They did, but it's only slightly more effective than dangling your hanky out the window.
You'd get to 100kmh in those old girls in no time

Music to my ears, I did drive one for 14 hours a day. Never felt the need for a stereo, just wind the window down and enjoy the 8-part symphony.
