Man, that turbo flutter just gives me chills. I love that noise. I'm loving these videos where you show what you do when tuning. I'm just now getting in to tuning so it's definitely helpful to see the practical side of it.
I had one of the first 94 and 95 gs300 twin Turbos in Denver . That was about 8 years ago there both probably still sitting in a junkyard in Colorado Springs with a Custom built h Series sitting in the truck. I left Colorado and junk out all my race cars for a house in KY. The old shop off Colorado Blvd by David and Buster's built it
I wish i could like this more than once. Literally i could be having a shitty day. Then pfi uploads and releases all the endorphins and boom amazing day just laughing and just enjoying the upload🤩
OMG this whole dam time and watching your video and you figure it out for me. I didn't even think of that dam exhaust baffle. So many hour chasing potential problems. Thank you PFI
So crazy to think that exhaust restrictor would have that big of an effect!! Well done PFI Speed team!!! Love me some Dyno talk!! That car was an automatic too?
I can't believe Cleetus got a boosted EK... first thing that I thought of is Brent maxing that thing out lol, soo excited to see you guys teach him the FWD world
I love the sleeper 2jz Lexus builds.. the old SC300 and 400 were so cool too! such a badass car! Keep up the amazing content everyone! you have such an amazing team there and I'm so glad everything worked out with the shop. you all have so much knowledge and creativity, watching all the madness is always amazing!
Brent, you sir are a tuning wizard... my dream is to just put a base map on my flashpro and road trip to Colorado to have you tune my TVS supercharged 2013 Civic Si. That would be so awesome getting to meet all you guys and know that I'm going to have a powerful yet reliable vehicle to rip up the streets of Maryla....I mean Mexico.
Just another day with Brent at PFI fix, attempt tune, diagnose, Fix some more, tune and success. Dyno Tuning is not always a simple operation. Brent and PFI use a lot of knowledge to get cars right.
Got my t1 hall sensor indexed in last night and fired up the h22 on fueltech for the first time. I'm excited to see Brent work with fueltech in the future!
Awesome Reality UA-cam video! I can't believe it had no IAC. Assuming the owner did all this work, when you improve driveability and add 40% more power, you have no doubt made a customer for life. I bet you a case he'll be back in another video soon with some manly injectors and a proud pump to back it up. Well done PFI Speed!
Cleetus is awesome but Jeremy is their tech guy with fasterproms but most tuners do not like to give out their secrets because if everyone can tune like them than they would be out of a job lol ya know? PfiSpeed forever!
Once again working as a team to solve problems and make customers happy! Brent you are one talented guy! That car is going to be a ripper, Just some bigger injectors and a bit more work and that taxi will fly! Four doors to infinity and beyound! LOL!
One very pleased owner, I would be with that kind of power increase WOW ! Not sure but I believe the Lexus was a go at Marcedes. They ran an ad which had a coin on it's side and it didn't fall over when the engine was ticking over. In the UK they did. Thanks :)
Ayyy, I had a GS300 with a 2JZ-GE, 62mm Turbo, Stock ECU and Injectors at 6 PSI. It was pretty fun, 289hp and 300lbft. Also, Boomslang makes awesome adapter harnesses, hopefully the crank signal was nice and clean when you were tuning.
@@Pynoxim1 Dude I own 4 cars with JZ's 3 GS300's with GE vvti, 2 which have only had the bottom end redone to squirt oil, and minor topside upgrades and the other 2 are stock. AND THEY ALL PUSH 400-500 HP with no problems!!!
I really enjoyed the after tune drive. I think it would be awesome to do the same thing with owners of cars you tune. Let us see their reaction to the first pulls after tunning.
We got a Supra engine in a Lexus, but to make it run right we gotta put some OEM Honda parts on it.....sounds about right! #LetsGo #rad #PFISpeed #BoostedBoiz #HellYeahBrother
Brent the man of patience . Just goes to show to be successful you don’t get anywhere sweating the small stuff an punch holes in drywall after drinking some monsters .
Dude’s a wizard. also the addition of completion rides with Brent was a missing link. its very good ending, loved it. lastly the moon tune shirt at 13:11 just came in the mail from Emilio-
the sound of a JZ is probably the best sound ever. added flutter noises and its pure joy, was injector left small for reasons, i mean it looks setup but injectors are the weak point, seems intentional to keep things under control and below 500hp
The music choice in this is fucking perfect! It reminds me of the scene and thunderbolt when they were building the car for Jackie Chan. That synthwave 80s 90s type of feel
That's why I love Brent mad scientist at work 😎 he taught MacGyver the Master MacGyver I was always told experience is the greatest teacher and Brent's got a lot of years of it you're the man Brent
Man, I love watching y'alls videos! You guys are some cool dudes and the stuff that comes through your shop is just too dang cool! Keep up the good vibes! You guys rock!
This is a solid video, sounds great. I am currently saving to swap my GS, this video just put me in overdrive when it comes to making this swap happen on my 99 GS3! Keep up the good work.
Awesome results. I think I know your idle issue. If you were using a GTE MAF on a later model GS300 you have to rewire the MAF. Plugs in the same but wiring is different. Ran into a similar issue with my 02 GS utilizing a CX kit that was plumbed for an older MAF. I bought the older GTE style MAF and had starting and idle issues. After months I checked wiring schems and found the issue. .Ever tuned one on an AEM FIC? If not I got one for you here soon.
Hope all of you have a Rad Day and keep dreaming up these awesome projects and we will keep making them work! Sho’nuff !
PFI Speed I see it’s Cleetus approved 🤣
Keep thinking out side the box 💪🔥
This tune came out awesome, Brent!
I know this is the only place I will bring my build to get tuned . So much respect for all the knowledge shared.
Do you tune BMW s I have a 92 325is I want to turbo. What mgmt system should i buy.
who else isn't really a honda guy here but loves anything pfi put out?!
Pfi is the shit but so is Honda 😬😂
Im a Ford guy but I found PFI an boosted boiz through cleetus a couple years ago and been here sense lol
Pfi single handedly got me to not hate Honda's lmao
I think most Honda guys are "Anything JDM" guys anyway so it's win-win lol...
More or less a BMW-Guy from Germany. Been here since Haggerd Garage split up and Boosted Boiz was the next relatable Channel^^
Man, that turbo flutter just gives me chills. I love that noise.

Yeah alot of the detail things he shows helps with some things didn't even think of or what not
Your editing lately is off the chain! In the last few videos, it has been great! Keep it up! Love the videos!
probably cuz he's had some actuall sleep xD
You're like the Bob Ross of tuning ! hahah its oddly relaxing watching you're uploads
"We'll just add a happy little injector duty cycle up here..."
Brings a Toyota in to a Honda shop drives away with a little Honda inside 😬
Curtis .B Hertz not a Honda engine sir
@@BrowardBikelifeTJ Did you miss the part Brent installed a "Honda" iacv on the Lexus? That's what I'm referring too. 😉
It’s not a Brent tune until he 2steps at the end 😂
I like on that last pull when he hits the limiter and it coughs out a few years worth of carbon that built up behind that exhaust plate LOL
being able to chase and diagnose electrical gremlins is a major part of being an awesome mechanic !! you rock guy!!!
Love that you custom built a bracket to hold the iac. Its Genius, something I'll remember when/if I do my build someday. Thank you for sharing!
I Dont think there's anything better sounding than a 2jz whether it's 200whp or 1200whp they just sound amazing and so well balanced!!
The LFA sounds waaaay better!!!
Matching the mood with the right music is super effective - great job. I also dug when you were in the car like "wheres my choke point" lmao

“Whoo must have a seat warmer” cracked me up pretty good for some reason.
That right there is knowledge beyond comprehension. Just incredible how you nut things out. This and you’re last vid are super impressive.
Learning how to adapt a Honda idle control motor..... things like that are why I love this channel so much....you guys are legends!
A dream of mine is to visit the US, visit pfi and boosted boiz and see the legends putting in the work in person!

Love how these guys jump on fixing issues and don’t just send it out the door to have customer fix issue
Love the techy parts of the vids! Keep it up guys. Xoxo

The baffle find was hilarious with the music n all. Love this channel.

Crazy how much of a factor the exhaust flow is when boost comes into play. Nice work
OMG I cannot believe the huge difference that silencer made! I always figured they would cause restriction, but that's crazy.
Keeps the cops away though...my dsm with full 3 inch got them following all the time. Sucked ass.

Love the drive after the tune. Gives more of an impression of what the vehicle is like .
The content never disappoints!!!!! I wanna build a sc300 with a big turbo so bad.

Brent your killin it with the music on all your vids. Keep it up. Loving it in St Augustine, FL
I hope they kept the 2JZ-GE motor, supposedly from Real Street you can gain 100 more horsepower because of longer extake flow in the head.
The mystery solving music! Ala scooby doo! You guys rock !👊🍻🐈🔥🔥🔥
You can tell that he loves what he does pfi is awesome 😎 Brent is the man
I take it that the GS300 came in on a flatbed? You're the wizard, Brent! Thanks for the always educational and enjoyable vids!
