Story #2 How creepy. What was the humming? The horrifying groaning sound? The next morning when entering the boat, the unmistakable smell of death would mean the body had been there for enough time to leave an obvious stench…was it the dead man’s ghost? Had someone else been on the boat and unseen by the fishermen? CREEPY af. Story #3 “Nothing I say in the story will be me bragging at all…” proceeds to list off all of their boats, water toys, houses in gated communities and property all over the United States…oh and one more time, not bragging but my sister and I are GD good looking…
@@myharrybalzahk I think you misunderstood what OP said. The stench of death is decomposition, which takes more time than overnight to happen. If the guy was still alive and took his last breath the night before, he wouldn’t have stunk like death that way. The body has to be deceased for a while.

I think it’s the mixture of his voice, which is so smooth and easy to listen to, consistent content, and his contact with his subscribers , which makes me listen to all of his videos consistently

Except by those true crime networks looking to capitalize on sensationalism. The reason there appeared to be more serial killers, was because the 80s had better communication between interstate police agencies when it came to crime. They were able to notice when there were patterns to their murder victims, and find them much more quickly vs the early days when that didn't happen. 1980 was the peak of the murder statistic, btw, it started going down after that. Also, all murders were taken into account. The 1980s had an increase in gun crimes due to gang violence, as did the early 90s. The 80s are no longer "the murder decade", if we are going by statistics. 2017 had a record high, going above the high of the peak of 1980. We didn't have scary men in vans, or serial killers around every corner. I did almost get strangled to death at 17 yrs old, but that's a whole different story, and it was by an acquaintance. It's the devil you know sometimes. Actually, more times than not. I would like to hear stories from the 80s, simply to hear about my childhood again, but not because my childhood was any more dangerous than anyone else's. If you're wondering where Mr. Nightmare's Lockdown video went, he most likely privated it because of the incident that happened in Nashville recently. I don't know the exact reason, but this is the most logical reason, if this is the case then I whole heartedly respect it.
I came across MrNightmare while working for a hospital. When I tell you I really disliked working on the VA floor. Doors would close by themselves. Lights would come on and trash can lids would open. But til this day I’ve watched every video. I’m a overnight driver and let me tell you driving late in the dark and listening to this will keep you alert.

Depending on how long the body had been there, they might have been hearing gasses escaping the body. We had cows that would die and bloat and if you moved them, sometimes it sounded like they were groaning because air was coming out of their mouth.

I think the best thing about Mr nightmare is he doesn't say when he's going to upload. It just randomly comes up. Keeps us on our toes. Love the content.
I think it’s the mixture of his voice, which is so smooth and easy to listen to, consistent content, and his contact with his subscribers , which makes me listen to all of his videos consistently

@@birb2581 First of all, it was a j.o.k.e. Second, I grew up in the 80s, and never heard it referred to as the murder decade, ever. Except by those true crime networks looking to capitalize on sensationalism. The reason there appeared to be more serial killers, was because the 80s had better communication between interstate police agencies when it came to crime. They were able to notice when there were patterns to their murder victims, and find them much more quickly vs the early days when that didn't happen. 1980 was the peak of the murder statistic, btw, it started going down after that. Also, all murders were taken into account. The 1980s had an increase in gun crimes due to gang violence, as did the early 90s. The 80s are no longer "the murder decade", if we are going by statistics. 2017 had a record high, going above the high of the peak of 1980. We didn't have scary men in vans, or serial killers around every corner. I did almost get strangled to death at 17 yrs old, but that's a whole different story, and it was by an acquaintance. It's the devil you know sometimes. Actually, more times than not. I would like to hear stories from the 80s, simply to hear about my childhood again, but not because my childhood was any more dangerous than anyone else's. I played outside alone with other children, and no parents in sight, many times. We are all still here. Just like the children of the 70s, who also had serial killers around (born in 1972). Still not sure how I came across this UA-cam channel but it’s highly addicting & I’ve been stuck ever since. Many channels tell horror stories but THIS channel is unmatched & other channels can’t compare
For some reason this reminds me of when I randomly came across a video of his that was suggested to me, then from there I just got addicted from there. If you're wondering where Mr. Nightmare's Lockdown video went, he most likely privated it because of the incident that happened in Nashville recently. I don't know the exact reason, but this is the most logical reason, if this is the case then I whole heartedly respect it.
I came across MrNightmare while working for a hospital. When I tell you I really disliked working on the VA floor. Doors would close by themselves. Lights would come on and trash can lids would open. But til this day I’ve watched every video. I’m a overnight driver and let me tell you driving late in the dark and listening to this will keep you alert.

I like Mr.Ballen, but he stretches a 2 minute story into 20 minutes by adding flourishes and details the original stories never had to pad them up.

@@QuanticChaos1000 he used to be a lot better. Usually a 15-25 min video like Mr nightmare does and had 3 stories in 1 video. He also posted more consistently getting up to 5 uploads per week.

Depending on how long the body had been there, they might have been hearing gasses escaping the body. We had cows that would die and bloat and if you moved them, sometimes it sounded like they were groaning because air was coming out of their mouth.
