Even though they have nowhere near the budget of what is even considered a "low-budget" film in most other countries, you can see clearly that everything from the cinematography to the effects to the editing to the acting has improved a lot in the decade since Who Killed Captain Alex, with everyone still having the same passion behind making enjoyable films.
