I too had a rat or two, stopped feeding the sunflower seeds. The feeder outside the window is fine, but the one at the top of the garden had a rat that loved the seeds. I left some sow thistles next to the fence and the goldfinches love the seed heads. Not seen a rat for a while but the pigeons are a pest! 🥰🇬🇧

How do you feed the birds & not encourage rodents? (we stopped feeding the birds because a rat came 🙈)
