Helpful tip, when you need to mash bananas do it with the skins on, easy and quick. I absolutely love humming bird cake.. I made this back in the 70’s.. 👍🏻❤🇦🇺 God bless

Yum! I grew up eating s'ghetti pie! It was a repurposed meal with leftover spaghetti. Mom would mix spaghetti and her sauce with a couple of eggs and put in deep dish pie plates. A couple nights later she'd take out of fridge and top with cheese and bake. It varies every time because her sauce varied with what she had! 🍁
