Mataas appraisal value ng gold ng TH. Ung 1 baht nila (small gold bar) nung pandemic nasa 25-28k baht (currency), tapos lately naging 32-34k baht (currrency). Kaya very good ka for investing in gold in every country you visit.
Also, kadamihan 24k gold shops sa TH, konti lng ang mga shops na 18k or lower.

JM, I stayed at LubD Hostel Siam, katabi lang ng Ibis Hotel. I like the area as it is near 3 big malls MBK, Siam Paragon, Centralworld... and 2 BTS stations National Stadium Stn and Siam Stn. You might wanna stay there either on shared room or single bed room. It may not be as "hotel-ish" as Picnic Hotel pero will give your viewers cheaper accommodation option.
Ganun din ako. Wala pa araw umaalis na sa hotel. Tapos pagbalik hotel wala na ring araw. Pero kasi puro first time travel to those countries. Mas ok nga cguro pag mga next balik mas chill na.

Hindi tayo same when traveling. Kami first time namin sa Thailand nung Feb, 10am-12pm na kami nagigising 😅 Spontaneous lahat ng lakad pero marami naman kaming napuntahan haha

Malayo ka ba sa Terminal21? Pumunta dun c Mikey Chen at nafeature nya n super mura at sarap ng food sa food court nla.. sna next time mkapunta ka rin dun kc mga 50pesos lng ung 1 dish dun..sna mkabalik rn ako s Bangkok para mapuntahan ko mga napuntahan m.. even Picnic Hotel! Ingat lage JM!

There is a Japanese mall Donki to open instead of the original Japanese mall that rented space. And the renovation of the entire mall was completed in the middle of last year.

For Icon Siam, get off at the Saphan Taksin Station and then connect to the pier to catch Icon Siam's own free shuttle ferry to cross the river.

It was very hard for me to understand what he was saying. I assume he is Filipino, and although I know he meant well and I appreciate his efforts, he spoke WAY TOO FAST for my American ears. I was able to hear an English word every now and but couldn't piece it together. He did not present much information on the process of buying gold. The title of this video is misleading, so for my purposes, it was a waste of time!
