🇨🇳 On the road in SICHUAN. Da Xinlong a Litang (e Tsopu Lake)

🇮🇹 Viaggio in Sichuan, Cina. Abbiamo deciso di affrontare il viaggio verso Litang in due tappe, fermandoci a Xinlong, una cittadina priva di turisti stranieri e sotto attenta sorveglianza della polizia, dove abbiamo subito due controlli. Xinlong si estende lungo il fiume Yadong ed è dominata dal monastero Tsara. Da qui, abbiamo proseguito in taxi verso Litang, situata a 4000 metri di altitudine, dove ci siamo sistemati per due notti. Litang è una meta affascinante, nota per la sua bellezza e la città vecchia, con stradine pittoresche e un'atmosfera tradizionale. Il monastero locale è il più impressionante che abbiamo visitato nel nostro viaggio. A tre ore di distanza si trova lo Tsopu Park, una riserva alpina, caratterizzata da un fiume termale all’ingresso, un vasto altopiano, lo Tsopu Lake e specchi d'acqua cristallini, il tutto incorniciato da montagne innevate e boschi senza fine, con un monastero ai piedi della montagna che aggiunge ulteriore fascino al paesaggio.
🇬🇧 Trip to Sichuan, China. We decided to tackle the journey to Litang in two stages, stopping in Xinlong, a town free of foreign tourists and under careful police surveillance. Xinlong stretches along the Yadong river and is dominated by the Tsara monastery. From here, we continued by taxi to Litang, located at an altitude of 4000 metres, where we stayed for two nights. Litang is a fascinating destination, known for its beauty and the old town, with picturesque narrow streets and a traditional atmosphere. The local monastery is the most impressive we visited on our trip. Three hours away is Tsopu Park, an alpine reserve, characterised by a thermal river at the entrance, a vast plateau, Tsopu Lake and crystal-clear bodies of water, all framed by snow-capped mountains and endless forests, with a monastery at the foot of the mountain adding further charm to the landscape.
🇪🇸 Viaje a Sichuan, China. Decidimos abordar el viaje a Litang en dos etapas, parando en Xinlong, una ciudad libre de turistas extranjeros y bajo una cuidadosa vigilancia policial. Xinlong se extiende a lo largo del río Yadong y está dominada por el monasterio de Tsara. Desde aquí, continuamos en taxi hasta Litang, situada a 4.000 metros de altitud, donde nos alojamos dos noches. Litang es un destino fascinante, conocido por su belleza y su casco antiguo, con pintorescas callejuelas y un ambiente tradicional. El monasterio local es el más impresionante que visitamos en nuestro viaje. A tres horas se encuentra el parque de Tsopu, una reserva alpina, caracterizada por un río termal a la entrada, una vasta meseta, el lago Tsopu y masas de agua cristalina, todo ello enmarcado por montañas nevadas y bosques interminables, con un monasterio al pie de la montaña que añade más encanto al paisaje.
