Mistake #1: Doing Crunches and Sit-Ups
Crunches and sit-ups are two of the most common exercises performed to strengthen the core, but they can also put a lot of pressure on the lower back and worsen back pain. Instead of these exercises, try doing planks, bird dogs, and other exercises that engage the core without putting stress on the lower back.
Mistake #2: Bending Over Too Far
Bending over too far can also put a lot of strain on the lower back and exacerbate sciatica pain. Instead of bending over, try doing squats, lunges, and other exercises that keep your back straight. Additionally, make sure to use proper form when lifting heavy objects and avoid twisting and bending at the same time.
Mistake #3: Ignoring Stretches and Flexibility Exercises

Doctor logon ke baat me bhi bahot contradiction hota hai. Aap ne jo bola ha bahot se dector isse oposit baat karte hai. But jab religious logon ke baat me contradiction hota hai to sare libral chillane lagte hai. But woh doctor engineer ki baat ko as it is man lete hai.

Hi, thanks sir for giving the information of right way & wrong way of doing leg to waist exercise for waist & back pain. some informative videos are given in UA-cam channel that are inappropriate which I am trying to do but get paining, now from your suggestive video & information I will do the right exercise for my waist paining, left side waist to left leg & to the toe annoyance.
Dear sir, I'm doing work in the office time with computer/system 7 to 8 hours & when a day I'm trying to lift up on my bed which is some more space lift up from the ground, that time suddenly got pain centre wait (with spinal ).
So, please help me to dismiss this pain by excercise & get me in normal.

Sir I had pain radiating from pelvis to both back of legs. Slowly with exercise and rest it has come down. But not my legs esp left foot remains cold and tingling occurs between 1st and 2nd toe of left foot only when I lie on the bed, not while walking or sitting. What to do? It disturbs my sleep a lot
