Characters like John Wick is terribly underrated because they do not have “fancy dialogue”. But the simplicity of his character is one of his strengths.

I noticed after Parabellum that John's story symbolizes the five stages of grief.
Chapter 1: Denial.
Chapter 2: Anger.
Chapter 3: Bargaining.
Chapter 4: Depression and Acceptance.
Chapter 5 will be about acceptance, in a sense that he now represents death itself in a certain way

John wick, a warrior like no other in cinema. An honorable, but incredibly flawed man, who wishes to die and be remembered not as a highly skilled killer but a loving, and kind husband and man. A truly honorable and noble warrior.
Yeah a great and wonderful end to his arc and in death John was able to help Kane also
John’s been one of my favorite action heroes ever since he first came onto frame, and this video does him so much justice. Feels like a perfect bookend to your previous John Wick video too. Just incredible stuff again.

Loved the tribute. John Wick as a character is extremely underrated due to the lack of 'deep quotes' in the dialogues, but it's the simplicity of this that i have always loved.
John Wick 4 was fantastic ending to a beautiful story of a man facing the consequences of his actions, and it was almost perfect for me.
Yes he faced consequences but also got to redeem himself also as he did help Caine and Winston

I’m still recovering from Chapter 4. I sobbed into my boyfriend’s suit coat, for 10 minutes outside of the theater after the credits rolled. Never, have I been so attached to a franchise/character before, so much. I’m so grateful for these films, and they changed my life forever 💛
Yeah I wish I could relate but definitely on the franchise and character side I have similar feelings unfortunately my girlfriend works as a nurse assistant and because of that I think it's why she isn't a big fan of R-rated bloody action films so that's why I usually when I watch action movies with her it's MCU and similar ones. Nonetheless John Wick definitely raise the bar in terms of not just action but also the development of the lead character

Grt edit.. I watched it 4 times...take a bow keanu and the whole team of John wick franchise... this movie is the grtst action movie ever...and other three are top notch as well.
I am going to Miss John Wick, His was a franchise that is up and coming and everybody loves and wants to see more of. To suddenly end it like this is sad because I have enjoyed all three of the other films. I really don't believe they are actually going to end it here as there is so much more money they could earn with a fifth film, I am convinced that John did not die on the steps of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris. I think Winston has him stashed in some safe house somewhere having his injures tended too.

I don't think they should do a fifth film of John wick, but I do think winston faked johns death so no one else will fuck with him for some reason, and I think he's still out there somewhere just chillin out in the woods or something living the rest of his life in peace.

Its just that I really enjoyed these last four films and probably be re-watching them over and over again for years to come I enjoyed them all so much. I am really going to miss looking forward to the next John Wick film because you know each one was going to be great and each be a outstanding quality film. That is so rare in Hollywood these days.

I think he is not dead! Even if they won‘t do a fifth film I won‘t believe in his death. He fell a lot in the movie and had injuries before, if they wanted him to die then please not from the same little stupid wound he survived in almost every other chapter before!!

I can’t stop thinking about this film. It is definitely in my top 25 fav movies of all time. Flawless movie.
Good movie but flawless is bogus. If anything it was the most flawrd Wick movie out of them all. Donnie Yen shpuldnt have been in the movie, he was cheesy ASF and took me right out of the movie, he would be dead first gunfight he gets into. But then they drag him out and make him crucial to the plot of the movie during the climax and I felt no actual connection between him and John. Donnie was horrible and Im not sure why his part gets so highly praised. Hes the first time Ive ever felt the JW franchise jumped the shark
I loved John Wick 4. I really loved it, and I mean really, really loved it. But it is videos like this that make me appreciate the movie and the whole franchise on a whole new level. Bravo.

Keanu Reeves is a killer Actor and John Wick is bought to life by Reeves alone. I felt something in how he says his lines and the actual acting with the stunts and all... It was so realistic I couldn't tell if I was there or in my seat at th theater that night so I went back to see it again and then I had to see it again. And I had to buy the DVD to see it again and I look at it on m phone 🤳🏽 again.... So I just got cought up with this Saga! It was played by everyone so beautifully! Brovo!👏🎬

It was about a grieving husband making his journey through the circles of hell to get back to his wife. After all the brutality, the killing and the revenge, the Baba Yaga finally found his way back to John, The Loving Husband.

Since they are doing John Wick 5 I think the best story for that story would be John being dead and waking up in hell, (a darker colder version of the real world) and John realizes that Helen is in heaven and so John fights the spirits of those he's killed in order to escape hell and "fight his way into heaven" to reunite with Helen. I would love them to do this even if its not canon because it would tie the whole story together and once again his wife is his motivation.
