Did you try it with the SVBONY SV209 Focal 0.8x reducer that is being used on the bigger brother? The 503 reducer is for achromatic scopes but the sv209 could work.
George, in your video "A Detailed Look at 80mm SV550 APO Refractor Telescope" you mentioned a metal plate but did not much detail. If you could tell me the exact dimensions and retailer I would appreciate it.
I am impressed with your cabling!
First again!!! Like your channel and videos!
Thank you!
Really like these video instructions 😮
Thanks!
I stacked both svbony reducers and got good results. I got the idea from people doing it with their c6's.

I’ve tried, and it didn’t work well. I couldn’t achieve a proper back focus with it
Was it difficult to get the backfocus right?
It is exactly 55mm for both 1.0x flattener and SV193 reducer

If I'm correct, it is this one: Simpson Strong-Tie 7-in 20-Gauge Galvanized Steel Tie Plate. I just quickly googled it
A detail description of all pieces to the setup and configuration would be appreciated。
Check out the description
