In the variables panel, please allow us to adjust the column width. Currently, it’s very inconvenient to work with long tokens in a fixed-width column. Actually, allow us to adjust the width of any modal. This is extremely important.

It's gonna be interesting to follow the development of Slides. Great potential there and nice integration. For me the document formats needs to be scalable, meaning free for me to decide. I need to adjust size ever so often to suit the concept of the content, even use a portrait style, for instance for mobile shares. Just like I do in InDesign. So the ability to set slide format would be nice. And also, the animation transitions needs to work in BOTH directions when changing slides, so when you go back to a slide the chosen transition will continuous and not just switch to a default instant switch. Is that a bug? It's been like that since day 1 for me.
Please let us use percentage values for variables. When designing in Figma, particularly with typography, I like to set variables up for font sizes, font weights, font families, and apply them as variables to each text element as opposed to using text styles, this is nice when I'm then developing with Tailwind. So, like in tailwind leading-loose is equal to 200%, but with Figma I can't set up specific percentage based variables with names, like leading-token, and then scope them to line height.
I wrote about customizing underlines in text a couple of years ago. I wonder if the connectors in Figma, which are already in FigJam, will also take us a couple more years to wait for?
The two features I'd love to see added are:
1. Percentages for width (for responsive columns)
2. Text background-color

The only thing I wish for underline is the ability to change its opacity.

I've needed the dotted underline multiple times. Nice to not make it with a separate frame and stroke.

Is there a way we can move a page from one file to another?
