She is just magical.
quite simply magical.
Here in 2020. Maya was, and still is, a guiding light in this dark world.
As an Arab 2023 she inspired me as she did the my mother and her mother before
She’s a beam of light 💡
Your ability to be fully intimate with life, with the realness of life, is what inspired me and gave me courage, Dr. Maya Angelou. You knew and have always known God and no matter what situation you came upon or attempted, your reasons have been because every corner you turned around, everywhere everything has been every much a part of your walk with God as any day you have spent in prayer or studying the sacred texts. I feel you. I know you. I see you. I feel seen by your mighty presence. THANK YOU FOR CARING SO DEEPLY FOR ALL PEOPLE. You are the substance of miracles... always. And your voice, your courage, your heart will always be here, not forgotten, always remembered with gratitude and joy.
Oh Maya ❤️ Forever and ever and ever
if we all had a mother like Maya...... We can all be mother's like mother though...... :) xxxxx
DEAR MS ANGELOU, THAT STORY YOU TOLD IN THIS VIDEO, IS SAYING SOMETHING, AND I LOVE IT, BECAUSE THERE ARE NO PERFECT PEOPLE AND THAT IS WHAT YOU SAID, AND TO BE OTHER WISE WOULD BE A LIE TO YOUR SELF, THANK YOU FOR YOU TRUTH, A LOT OF PEOPLE TODAY CAN'T TELL THE TRUTH, AND THAT IS WHY WE HAVE A LOT OF LOST PEOPLE. YOU DID SOMETHING IN YOUR LIFE THAT WAS NOT KIND, BUT THAT IS NOT WHO YOU ARE. GOD BLESS YOU
Loving her still, and her honesty. R.I.P..
This beautiful woman, Dr Maya Angelou, is and always will be my favorite author.

People should think before you speak! Go head mya!
Ah, this courage - with its costs and rewards.
Priceless
love her and this. so grateful.
That's right!!! It takes one to know one!!!
This video may have just saved my life. "You give me hope." Maya was a genius and we are all so lucky to be alive while she shared so much of herself with us.
The interviewer that she is referring to is Barbara Walters.
86am OH for her that was the perfect comeback lol
86am
How do you know that.
Barbara Walter's the most judgemental woman on television
No joke?! wow. lol
So, Eric Dee, is Maya Angelou's supposed dearth of talent why your UA-cam channel has only three subscribers? I believe that your envy of her accomplishments might be based in an unwillingness to deal with your own lack thereof. As far as the greats you mentioned, I do recall plenty of remembrances shortly after the deaths of Ernest Hemingway, Kurt Vonnegut, John Steinbeck, and Jim Morrison. I am not old enough to remember the death of Mark Twain, but I suspect he, Poe and Alcott all had their mourners.
Thank you thank you thank you
Prophet of God!
Dynamic, I'm in love with her even more
Awesome!!!
Hopeful to have a percentage of your grit lady xoxo
