I have many questions. Type of paint,I have the paint color cards but I'm not sure what type of paint to buy. Is it latex or oil needs help so I can buy paint. Also do I need to seal my MBA projects before base coating my paint

Hi Brenda! We recommend acrylic paint. DecoArt is a brand that we love and colors on the paint color guide show a DecoArt option.
We do not seal MDF before painting.
