- When Thrushpelt gets caught up in the ambitious rivalry between the cat he holds an unrequited love for, Bluefur, and his emotionally volitile friend who helps him deal with his love, Thistleclaw, he must decide on who to support in their quest for leadership.
YAYY ive been working on this amv for months and ive had it planned for about a year and a half!! im so happy to have finished it! i absolutely love thrushpelt in bluestar's prophecy, & i thought it would be quite interesting to give him someone other than bluefur to interract with, and having a bad influence like thistleclaw with thrushpelt was really fun to think about! its been a while since i did an amv but i have quite a few other ideas id love to work on!

the dynamic between thrush and thistle becomes even more interesting once you realise they are half siblings. thrush is caring for his little half brother and his unrequited crush, and making him know about blue's relation, especially because thistle showed it to him is quite a powerful idea, especially when added to his decision to still support her no matter what. i kinda imagine that thistle attacked oak misty and stone after thrush left and this is the patrol that killed him, but maybe i'm misinterpreting it as the timeline may nt fully add up. but either way this is a fantastic amv!
oh my gosh i didnt even realise they were half brothers warriors genetics are so strange JDGDHSK and yess im so glad you noticed that with thistleclaw running off thats exactly what i was implying but i didnt have the time to show!! thank you so much 😊😊

This AMV is awesome! The concept is really interesting and the animation throughout the video looks amazing.
This AMV just made me like and respect Thrushpelt even more. I had no idea he was friends with Thistleclaw! That just adds much more weight to his dilemma with Bluefur. This is an interesting trio to focus on, and you did it perfectly. There were so many emotions pouring out of each character. The flow and smoothness of your animation just makes it even more perfect. I love all the unique perspectives of this AMV that people never show when it comes to Blue, Thrush, and Thistle. Even if you consider this a common topic (the topic being Thrush’s crush on Blue/Blue & Thistle’s deputy rivalry). It really comes across of you going the extra mile to show off the true emotions their stories have.
Even after all I said, I truly cannot find the words to express how much I love this AMV.

The concept itself is really interesting, to have Thrushpelt between Bluestar and Thistleclaw, but the whole flow of the AMV makes it so much better!!
I love the designs, how Thrushpelt and Thistleclaw discover Bluestar's secret, Stonepaw and Mistypaw noticing Thrushpelt, but not remembering him,... And Mosskit has little angel wings. Absolutely perfect!! You did an amazing work!!!

OUGHH THIS IS SUCH A COOL CONCEPT!!!!!!! I love all of their designs, especially Thistleclaw's!! 2:39 is definitely my favourite scene

the way you told the story felt like its own short film and i honestly forgot the video was only 3 mins because i was so immersed 😅the way you showed the characters relationships with each other felt so realistic as well!

everytime i watch this it gets BETTER AND BETTER ITS SO GOOD GRGRHFHRGD. edit i just realized that mosskit covers her face initially when thrushpelt realizes the truth but then when he joins bluestar later her wings are spread AHHFHDHZHSHDJ
