the thing that i don't understand, which molecular orbital represents 1,3 butadiene is it pi one or pi two . in other words there are 2 electrons overlaping between all carbon atoms and other two between two carbons ? how does the molecule exist when it's not reacting is it in the form of pi one or pi two ?
