Illawalla & Extremo Virtualamen | Royal Marines Corps of Drums | D-Day 75 Commemoration

The Corps of Drums performs the drum solo "Illawalla" (T. Charnley) followed by drum static "Extremo Virtualamen" (D. Birt) at the National Commemorative Event taking place to mark the 75th anniversary of D-Day at Southsea Common, Portsmouth.

As an ex Royal Marine I could not be more proud of them nor the rest of the RM Band Service. It should be remembered that not only can they play at least 2 - often 4 - instruments they also come on active service as our medical support. Well done to you all.
