I learnt how to be organised.....I sit with a bottle, a small light ,a clean eraser,a desk and some good notes plus a good mindset...I really wanna be in a good med school this year...and tbh Merve,this channel has helped me sit for longer hours without getting bored

I really didn't wanted to study this morning, I'm really frustrated with my studies and I'm going to see Across The Spiderverse on the afternoon so I thought I might as well just take the whole day off, but then i thought again "I know that's just irresponsible, maybe it'd be better to balance things and study now to make sure I go watch the movie with my head clean knowing I did what I had to", but even then I didn't wanted to study. I have been feeling really stressed out lately because I have a lot on my plate academic wise and too little time. I haven't been able to start anything quite well as I have been procrastinating due to anxiety, stress and feeling overwhelmed. Today, I'm just going to dive in and try to move forward because you don't have to be great to get started but you have to get started to be great. Wish me luck! :')
Today is going to be a productive study day. BLOCK 1- 4hrs Let's go! See you on the other side. I will reward myself with a 1.5hour break at the end. Start time- 9:30am IST . . . 2-hour review- turned out to be a big break. time now is 4:40pm. . . . 4-hour review & thoughts on finishing it- Time7:40pm I successfully finished my 4hour study session. Tho I am almost 6 hours behind my schedule. But I am nevertheless happy to finish it. To anyone who sees this, it is the small goals like these even if imperfect, these never to be appreciated to motivate you to do better next time. Good luck guys :) And thank you Merve!

Tbh, I don't think that 25/5 format is that useful. I can complete nothing in 25 minutes therefore I don't think I would change my study routine. Sorry if this disappoints you 💕😊
