I came across your study videos for the first time yesterday. And I am amazed to have such a supporting studying companion manifested. Could you please tell or show the body posture you keep while studying on this table chair as I struggle a lot sitting on chair. I am 5 feet 6 inches in height with weak strength. I fail to sit with straight spine and bend or lay back on chair. This makes me sleepy and unfocussed and ultimately unproductive . Could you show us how to sit on chair for long and other tips like snacks/drinks that keep us full while studying. TIA Merve

I love how you put your ads where the breaks would be so that people aren't interrupted by them. 😄 If you'd be up for it, also consider the 25 min/5 min or 40/10 ratio. I do better with more frequent breaks. Just a suggestion of course, if it doesn't work for you then it doesn't work.

I am from India and I want to persue aerospace engineering and here you have to go to a top college (especially IITs) if you really want to be an astronaut in Nasa. So it's very important for me to atleast study 10 hours a day with full concentration to achieve my goal Please give my answer
