- How To Sell Your House Fast! Follow my 3 Tips to get a house ready to sell quickly. I recently sold a home in Maryland in 4 days and you can too. It starts with getting your house ready to sell 🏡
My strategy for getting your home sold quickly is:
🔸1. Get your house ready to sell. Buyers want a move in ready home, so take care of all the little maintenance issues, put up a fresh coat of paint, replace the carpets, focus on your curb appeal.
🔸2. Price your home to sell. Look at the other active listings nearby your home will be competing with and price your home so your home sells before there's do.
🔸3. Focus on your online presence. This falls on your real estate agent. You want great photographs of your property, drone photography can help, and video tours of your home increase your ranking on Zillow and look great on UA-cam and Facebook.

It is a good one of a kind guide for discovering how to sell your house fast without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate got great results with it.

Luckily my property is paid off. No pressure on my end other than keeping my maintenance on lawn. Just hit the market. Excited for new ownership.

Hi to me when I see a house that's been on the market for 30days or more,I feel like that's a better chance to buy the house for less, because the seller will be more pressed to settle for an offer for less, than I get a bargain with buying it. Ty

I have turned off by "reduced" priced homes. It gives the notion that they have to mark it down to sell it. Nobody wants a clearance home.

I like to see why they are listed so long. I found one that was listed almost a year. It was at market value probably but had a creek and the realtor app said there was a 8 out of 10 for flooding.

Personally, my house "conditionally sold" in 3 days on the market. Then after 2 weeks of dealing with the buyer, passing inspection, etc, her financing fell through. We had to go back on the market again. My Realtor received many calls about why it was relisted. Some asking if there was something wrong with our house. Now I feel like people are looking at our house like it is "substandard" and can get a deal. I feel we are being unfairly judged because it is on the market 20+ days (when actually it is under 2 viewing weeks). Not fair. We have a house conditionally bought as well. I don't want to come across as desperate. So frustrating.
You’re great with tips
When it comes to home repairs and needing to sell quickly, what should you do if you have 1-2 home repairs you absolutely cannot afford without a loan? Is it better to get a home equity loan & do the repairs or sell as is?
Idea - Get three realtors give you their top ARV (after repair value) if you fixed it then get a est. on a short term loan or a home equity depending what is the interest rates and see if it will pay for the loan AND give you EQUITY. If your going to break even or worse, be in the red - sell as-is. You may even get more money than you thought you would! from Dee Buys Houses Fast

Good video. How do you lower the price without causing too much of an issue? We want to bring it down by 5% to move it faster as the market its addressed to is too slow and winter is on the way, but winter folks would love this for the snow but we want it out of there before hand. Thoughts? I don't mind a house on the market as there are so many reasons for that. I do know if the price just keeps dropping then questions need to be answered, but not a reason not to look. If its good its good. Thanks.

what is this guy talking about.. a turn off if an apartment or how is on the market for more than 30 days? In NYC I'm selling my million dollar apt.. it will be on the market that long or more.. and everyone else's will be.. because the average selling time is 147 days in my area.
