My favourite pieces are the Millennium Falcom that lights up, and the Han Solo in carbonite that you made. What an amazing focal point in the room. I'm so jealous! Love it!

My uncle hand built a bunch of the ships from star wars with all working lights and glowing ports. They were amazing, he did props and models for movies for a long time. His star destroyer was just under 7ft long and 3ft tall.. I always wanted it as a child. He lost all of them in a house fire. Think he had over 1000 hours over two years creating the destroyer alone
My guess would be an estate sale, who ever is next in line to get all of the persons stuff would probably sell/bit it. I often see estate sales where someone has passed and their WW2/Nazi collection comes up and collectors bit/buy their stuff.
