Oh snap! That came out fluffy! I used a Hamilton beach rice cooker and it was a soupy mess! I ordered a zojirushi soon after and am going to reattempt In day or two. The Pandan leaf or screw pine leaf looks amazing not to mention super cute how you tie it up, I hope I can find some local!
I assume when you mean 2 cups rice, you mean two cups fill to the top of that cup that comes with the Zojirushi (which is actually less than 1 standard cup.... it's like 3/4 cups in a true measuring glass)

Thank you, and if you like ginger, a half teaspoon of grated ginger added to the mix will make a nice addition to this rice, too.
