Bought this printer a few weeks ago and this is my first 3D printer and also first time into the world of 3D printing itself and it just rocks. Having a blast with it so far.
Was it hard to put together?
@@isaacguerrero6169 Not at all simple enough to install and all tools are provided in the set itself. Just screw in the frame and 90% of the work is done and the rest is just setting up the extruder and the motor connections. Important thing to keep in mind is to flip the voltage switch to right position either 120 or 240 depending on where you live.
Such a quality of life improvement from all the other Ender 3 base models! Very nice!

@@Creality3D Within the last month I just bought my first 3D printer, Ender 3 Pro. Started modding it out and replacing parts, feels like I'm just re-building this new model the long way around haha. Excited to see this hit the market. Maybe a camera add-on is in the lineup's future?
This was SO much easier to get up and running with than my old CR-10S. Love this printer.
I'm going from a Wanhao i3 Duplicator to this guy with a Sonic Pad. I cannot wait for the massive leap forward in tech I'll get after 10 years!

This looks very nice. Especially the extruder. The only thing I personally don’t like is that the fan is angled towards the bed. I would think that it’s more likely to pull in hotter air and to also pull in stringing if any is present.

How lucky you are. Mine comes out broken and its bed is always broken.
Does this mean when i get mine i can just press auto levelling and that means it is done and I don’t have to do anything else to do with levelling? Please Respond if you know the answer! ❤

Does it have two Z axis switches, or one? Two are such a pain. Is it a PEI bed?

It does not have z-axis switch, the probe is the switch, and that's a metal sheet not a PEI if I remember correctly
Do you mind if I make a UA-cam video of a first time buyer of this printer. It would be a good test for someone wanting to get in to 3d printing.

Hello, I had some problems with the ender 3 s1. One of the top right z axis step motors screw was not properly screwed and my ender 3 s1 wasn't working properly, while moving on z axis. My first bed leveling sequence scratched bed because I didint know that the z axis screw wasnt screwed well. When the bedleveling sequence started my bltouch(built-in) couldnt reset because z axis wasn't working properly but the sequence continued without reseting the z offset and it scratched my bed twice because I couldnt understand why the hotend doesn't move upwards. It's not a big deal. For now it works fine for me. But I have a advise for the product designer's. can you update your software so if the z axis doesn't move the sequence will be canceled.(you can track the error on bltouch analog signals it is really easy to patch up i think). Overall Thanks for the creality, it is a really good price-performance product.

There are 115V and 230V gears on the power supply for adjustment, and the output is 24V.
@@Creality3Dyes this would be great to know if you could be more specific. Wasn’t sure what mine is but after looking around EVERYWHERE I found that in the U.S. the default is 115v but in most of Europe it’s going to be 230v. I’m 90% sure since I’m in the US I should pick 115v…let’s hope I don’t ruin this thing! 😅😂
