Everyone?? I really doubt that everyone was wrong! Not to mention, they made so many first timer mistakes. They'll learn, but this build is garbage tbh
You two have done a phenomenal job with your layouts ! I absolutely love all the wood the door I could keep going but I am just going to say magnificent beautifully built bus 💜🤍🌸🤍💜💗🤍🌷🤍💗🥰🥰🥰
I love this build as well, and I'm so impressed that not knowing exactly what to do did not stop you. But at the end I'm wondering, where do the dogs sleep?! I have two dogs in my life now, that I did not anticipate, and it's difficult for me in a home (o.k., not terrible). But wow, you guys know how to make the most out of a space. I assumed they are your dogs... and they are cute. I wish you the best.
They both love to sleep on the chairs in the front, we usually have chair covers that we wash regularly when we are on the road for them! We try to always park in remote places so they can spend most of their day outside!
What an inviting, homely aand well planned little home on wheels. Looks like you can both travel and sleep well in this "bus". God bless you both and may you travel safely.
What an amazing and wonderful place you all have created! The bus is functional but very cozy. There must be an enthusiastic market of people out there who would pay generously for you to craft mobile homes for them, such as this one. For now, happy travels!
I absolutely love the great cabin feel..love all the wood..has a shower😁. I could do without heat, but I love AC. I have 2 big dogs and three cats..so this would be hard to do for me.. Y'all did a super fantastic job.
You have some unique features like for instance the fruit hammock. It's those all little touches that makes it unique and your own. Love it! Goodluck and GOD Bless in all of your travels!! 🙏❤️
Love this build! All the recycling pallets make it so warm looking. You did a great job! Just wondering if you don’t feel very secure sitting in the passenger seat with the door right there. I’ve seen it in other builds but it always creeps me out. I always have the feeling like ghe door will fly open. I know you wear a seatbelt. It’s just one of my phobias I suppose. Vaya con Dios and many happy adventures to you both. For not having any experience I give you lots of thumbs up!! 👍 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I am crazy about triple checking the door because of our dogs but we did drive off once with the door open ! I grabbed it right away but 95% of the time I feel more secure then I would in any other part of the bus!
Love it! Enjoyed how both of you shared in the experience of the build and presenting your bus. Your Instagram videos at lost.at last are a joy to watch!
I love the conversion and the natural wood looks awesome.I would have just add a skylight above the bed for more light ...happy travels. I am interested in the FLORB cereals. But live in South Africa and do not know how to go about this..pls reply?
I guess I'm surprised that living in Canada you didn't go for insulated windows and doors. How is the bus working for you, regarding warmth? Do you have fabric or other material you put over the windows at night? How is the water condensation situation?
He mentioned they were in BC (British Columbia), and it looks like the lower mainland so they have about 7 months of OK weather. Main concern in our area is condensation (especially in winter as it is a temperate rain forest). Other van life channels are always battling the wet, with subsequent mildew problem. Edit for spelling
Hey! We do live in Canada but spend our winters on Vancouver island. (Warmest place in Canada) We did create insulated window panels this winter. We also spray foamed to help with moisture. Also it’s amazing how much heat a diesel heater puts out!
I love your housebus but just an FYI, that isn't the safest lock for your front door. It should be a deadbolt (need a key to open from the inside). As it is, anyone can break a window and unlock the door.
I would install a drop-down sink in the shower 🚿 above the toilet as the plumbing and fixtures are already there (the shower nozzle) to avoid cross-contamination thereby turning the shower-with-a-toilet into an actual bathroom...without taking up any more space, and move the kitchen sink further along the counter opposite the shower 🚿 with a cover as I don't like sitting on the couch and staring at a sink full of dishes. Other than that...nice job.
How do you guys perform the "van magic"? The bus is small from the outside but everything else inside is big and you still have space to move around? How!?
I wouldn't recommend any brand house based paint for auto body work. PPG and or Rustoleum are good for car paint. And Just For good measure, Rustoleum or POR-15 is good for undercarriage rust proofing.
An inspiring book with lots of ideas for a variety of garden buildings The instructions are detailed and clear with plenty of photos. As a beginner ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxBE-xSmFU7PIaMFUmmhnFxE035s5svtxeI was looking for a manual that would walk me through the basics with detailed instructions and this book does just that. The book caters to both the beginner and more experienced DIY enthusiast with builds varying in complexity, from straightforward projects such as the one we've completed, to more ambitious builds. Absolutely on trend, with instructions on how to install solar panels, green roofs and sweet chestnut shakes - It's given me lots of ideas for future projects!
I don't understand how people find these vehicles for practically nothing, and they actually drive. Where the heck can you buy a vehicle that runs for $2,400. Does it actually run? How much did you pay to get it road worthy?

For not having any experience, you sure did prove everyone wrong.....what a beautiful job. So cozy.
Everyone??
I really doubt that everyone was wrong!

They'll learn, but this build is garbage tbh
One of the BEST layouts that I’ve seen for a shorter bus. Love it! No the bath tile is s beautiful. Kudos to them!!
I love, love, love this build.
Love the stop sign. Wing it! Great philosophy. Trust myself more? So it’s actually a true self help program, not just a fun home. Thanks for snaring.
Kudos to YOU both for such a wonderful build!!!! :)-
I adore the subway clear pink tiles in the bathroom as well as the cute little steps to the bed.
Love the build. So cozy. Safe travels!

Lost At Last. So love that name. Fantastic build
I love your couch print! Reminds me of the ‘70’s! ✌🏻☮️✌🏻
What an amazing and wonderful place you all have created! The bus is functional but very cozy. There must be an enthusiastic market of people out there who would pay generously for you to craft mobile homes for them, such as this one. For now, happy travels!

Cool couple
Very pretty good job.
Love it
I really like the "inverer" lol
hows the tiles holding up?
VERY NICE,
Can I have a link to that shower door!? I need that. ❤
How did you guys get your bus? I’ve heard some people have done across or bought from school districts
Nice
Is that a full size bed? How tall is the inside when your standing?
A cozy little house on wheels.
How do you guys perform the "van magic"? The bus is small from the outside but everything else inside is big and you still have space to move around? How!?
Just Fab.
love his cockney accent!
You called that ladder perfect but it sure was wiggly when you climbed up it. It isn’t supposed to wiggle. Lol.
You should put all of the screws from the inside out and not all the way through the wood. It would be very easy for someone to get into your home.
The arms match the fabric on the sofa
What is the fuel economy?
Shower and toilet included.Washer and dryer or at least a washing machine.
Nice build but the bed area is a bit claustrophobic for me.
Are ya’ll. In nyack now?
I've heard some of those pallets can be toxic

What about AC ??

Would you sell it?❤
I noticed you flited in and out of past tense do you live somewhere else now?
But can you drive it?
