Brian was a fantastic performer to the sad of of his life. I grew up listening to the original sweet, they were a fantastic band. Brian was my favourite and tragically he’s gone forever. He touched the lives of millions and I don’t think he ever knew just how many people truly respected and loved him. It makes so sad and I believe he could of been saved from his deep rooted demons. He needed love, support and understanding. His life story is heartbreaking. Can only hope he’s now at peace, Brian you are truly missed, you are still loved and respected around the world. 💔 🕊❤️🕊🌹🕊🙏🏻🕊💯 xxx

I was at this concert. Brian couldn't sing any more he screamed the songs out but we didn't care, this was Brian and we all sang along. I think everyone could see he wasn't the old Brian that he was shaking and he was ill, but I know that I had always wanted to see the Sweet and I got to see Brian before he passed away and for me it was a really really great day!!

Only few supported him to get back on stage in a better not endangered condition. The poorness I meant is the for less help that this man had been receipt at the end of his career.

Brian wasn´t drunk as he stopped drinking in mid 80´s totally..... well, never mind was he or not, but his stage act wasn´t what it was in 70´s. He was a sick man, poor Brian.

Addicts dont always tell the truth. I believe he was still drinking but eveyone still loved him. So sad. He was great.

Yes, we don´t know the whole truth as he said in 1995 British morning TV show, I do not drink or use any kinda drugs, and the only drink was beer, but he does not wanna remember as Andy said, Brian was a nice lad in early 70´s and he wanna remember Brian as he was, but alcohol changed him when years went by and the breaking point came in late 1978, when nothing was done anymore. I do agree, an alcoholic does not remember or he denies all the bad things he was involved.
But we can´t change the past and I´m not sure, but I assume Steve had also some sort of problems with his life style. Mick Tucker had a leukemia, but as Andy said, also same kinda problems s Brian did. They all had lots of fun with drinks and some stuff in 70´s and they lived like there´s no tomorrow, but when money rules the life and stardom is the only way to live, we can´t judge them, can we? R I P Brian, Mick and Steve and Andy, keep Sweet legacy goin on. God bless you Andy.

I wish I could of seen sweet in 70s in concert and I know now now thier was brain Connollys sweet that he toured a round Britain and Europe with bout if I had know thier was a brain Connollys in 90s I would of gone seen brain Connolly live in 90s

not bad. did see brian twice in the 90s besides his voice being great. he collapsed the first time the second like the first.his voice wasnt great and his backing a poor imitation of andy steve and mick.the drums sound aweful here. i know he wasnt well he was a trooper. r.i.p brian
