Gathering storm over scorch on soraka is wild. Also taking bone plating should be next to almost worth it anytime, considering our champ need to survive in heated areas

Isn't axiom only 9% healing? Does soraka's ultimate count as single target or aoe?
Soraka's R counts as 5 instances of single target heals occurring at the same time!
