I have worked in the printing business since 1985.....can anyone say they receive perfectly stacked sheets like these loaded here from their press dept? Sometimes I think pressmen don't know how to set up the jogger on their presses. Don't let it be so cheap paper the local supplier is trying to get rid of at a price sooooo low that it make your boss smile and you as a folder operator cry for them to put you in a straight jacket
It's like that in Australia and New Zealand as well. Shit for brains printers spend the day leaning on the console playing with their phones all the while their stack looks like shit. Printers are the dumbest and laziest bastards in the industry.
@@blackflagqwerty the sad part is I ran presses for years before I became bindery supervisor and I tried my best to send good stacks to post press. I have ran everything from an AB Dick to a 3/2 speedmaster with aw coater. Even when the company got crappy paper I would short stack rather than hi pile a rats nest. Yes most pressman get the big head but I started in a small shop were I ran everything from the cutter die cutter folder so I see it as a team and I refuse to make anyone's job harder because I'm lazy
The company I work for would rather run old machinery and blame the workers for poor results than invest in decent equipment like this. Come the revolution and say goodbye to capitalism!
@@RudyG210 I guess it's a worldwide philosophy, profit with little outlay. Machinery like this would pay for itself in a short period and give competition a run for their money.
ingenious4t exactly. Im working with dinosaurs (the machines)is what the mbo and stahl folder repair guys would say. Haha. Hey at the time thats all i knew that existed. If you werent sweating you weren't working
Expandable & innovative hard approach.
