This is a superb docu. Two impossibly attractive outlaws who actually existed. Butch's mum was a Geordie; his dad was from Preston, Lancashire, of all places. Several accounts say he survived...I'd love to think so...
The Legend Lives On: There's an update to this story that the History Channel did an article on: UPDATED: SEP 8, 2020 | ORIGINAL: AUG 22, 2019 "In the early 1990s, two bodies believed to be Cassidy and Sundance were exhumed in Bolivia. DNA tests conducted by Clyde Snow, one of the nation's foremost forensic anthropologists determined they were NOT Cassidy and Sundance. According to Bill Betenson, his family knew exactly where Cassidy was buried after his alleged real death in 1937: “My great-grandmother, Butch’s little sister Lula, was very clear. She said that where he was buried, and under what name, was a family secret; that he was chased all his life and now he had a chance to finally rest in peace - and that’s the way it must be.”
Great show, really enjoyed this. I did laugh after claiming that their weapon of choice was and Colt .45 and then proceeded to wave around a Smith and wesson. 44 😁
enjoyed this video great story telling, learned many things previously that was unknown to me. The one error was the colt 45 that he shown and ( was Cassidys favorite weapon), was a Smith & Wesson top break, either a Russian or Scholfield model.
Although sometimes he has a clear Western prejudice and the action hero antics are a little idiotic. He does show how extremely priveledged we are in the West

Most of the movie was filmed in and around Zion National Park in Utah. The Bolivian scenes were filmed in Taxco and Cuernavaca to the south of Mexico City, Mexico.
no, it is not the same, at all! it is like saying a ford is the same as a chevy. the main thing they have in common is they are cars, not the same make at all!@@simon_patterson

These days all kinds of millenials making VLOGS that are just horror to watch....they are uneducated about history of places, culture...trying to be entartaining but not everyone is Jim Carrey, so it looks lame....
Beautiful country - absolutely breathtakingly bleak. Couple of moments where I was wondering if I could take it seriously - "Spanish Champagne"? That'll be Cava. However, things got very serious in the silver mine. Awful conditions to see children working in.
I love this documentary. It's real, not like the movie which is an overacted drama. I got to see parts of Bolivia as well and wondered how they survived there specially when they were dodging the law!
20:00 Im not supose to romanticize these men, because they more often used a gun to give a bop on the nose than to kill? Thats some f'ed up logic right there.
I missed that, I was just enjoying him shaking around that gun at 20:15 with his finger on the trigger. I sometimes wonder what’s more cringe worthy, tourists with selfie sticks, or English television presenters in other countries
Dude is taking a beating. The local is posting & staying comfortable in the saddle but the host? Anything but comfortable & borderline ridiculous but I enjoyed the episode.
It's evidently his programme, so he's free to do it as he pleases. I can imagine that his style could possibly grate over a series, but I've only just been introduced to him, so this gets a pass.
Entertaining, off-the-beaten-path travel video featuring some interesting and diverse locations! The 'Colt' .45 displayed at 20:13 is not a Colt at all, but a Smith & Wesson Schofield (reproduction?).
Not a Colt .45 there, sorry. That revolver is a Smith and Wesson, I think its a model 3. Really interesting weapon in its own right. What are you doing handling one and not knowing what it is?
Great video accept the 50 adds. Still confused as after they dug up for identity them so they weren't put back in the graveyard and no documentation of what happened after dug up?
the corals in the Andes and 'maybe' there were fish?? Of course there were fish... it's called tectonic plate movements pushing up the ancient sea floor up and up
Silver mines? And to this day the horror of hellish lifestyle continues for its workers with no respite or change? Miner at the age of 10 and 15? 12-hour shift?? Paltry wages out of which equipment and dynamite should be purchased? How horrid can it get? Who is grabbing all the riches?

also those guns were never in .45 Colt but in .44 S&W Rimfire and later in .45 Schofield.

Amazing and very informative. Very good researcher. I love how he gets involved and tells stories. Excellent and humble journalist.

What a fantastic video. Loved it & thank you!
Wow, he did the train stunts himself! Bravo, mate! 👏
Ciao David Documentario molto bello e interessante ,complimenti ! Le tue storie sono sempre magnifiche.
Tony Hillerman in his novel & the PBS film-COYOTE WAITS is about a theory Cassidy & Sundance returning back to Navajo Country and dying there.
Thank you for posting this. Things are very much similar in West Virginia still. God bless them all
No it’s not
great production, especially photografy
This guy’s just casually climbing mountains, dodging and running over moving trains while he narrates. Old school.
Very interesting. As you said, it was a very sad ending to two men who enjoyed an eventful life.
Super beautiful Bolivia
Most of Bolivia is a dump and most of the food is disgusting. Nice people though.

For what it's worth, that COLT .45 IS NOT a Colt, it's a top break Smith and Wesson.
