The whole genetics thing is actually quite interesting, cause you could have a child with ginger hair coming from great grandparents with ginger hair.
Meaning you could also have a child be a completely different colour to the parents as long as it's somewhere down the line of the genetic makeup.
It is probably very rare though and I'm ngl id still be a tinsy bit paranoid if I were in that situation.

It's very very very VERY rare for 2 "white" people to have a child with a darker skin tone (look up "Lucy and Maria Aylmer" to see a pair of fraternal twins with very different skin tones from parents with mixed backgrounds, and have had genetic tests prove they do, indeed, have they same parents, and are siblings). So it's perfectly acceptable that you assume the worst. xD

Caitlyn Doughty just did a really good video that was talking about how beautification can decrease self-unaliving rates significantly. Instead of very obvious things like nets, things like artwork, intentional but beautiful architecture, even flowers and things like that, as well as increased visibility (generally, people want to do it out of sight of others), actually do have a massive impact on self-unaliving rates.
Even things like slightly higher railings can have an impact. Most people in bad situations will look for very easy spots, and if there are any more boundaries than expected, it can give those who have, for example, intrusive thoughts, more time to get past those ideas or feelings.
Something like 9/10 people who've survived a jump, said they regretted it immediately after letting go or jumping. Small impediments, even, can have large effects on the number of incidents. 👍🏻👍🏻

Theoretically, getting diagnosed with severe depression is a good thing. You were severly depressed before, now it's a legitimate medical condition and getting effective support is way way easier. Unless I'm mistaking that they are only thing holding you together to be because you got diagnosed with severe depression, and not because you have severe depression as evidenced by you having just been diagnosed this past Tuesday.
Regardless, i wish you all the best, and may things only get better for you.

A friend of mine did something similar. He and a friend were going through a police blockade with K-9s one afternoon, and his friend had a sandwich he hadn't eaten. Before getting to where the dogs were, one of them put the slice of ham in his hoodie pocket. The dog sniffed, a cop told him to get out, hands up. He searched the pocket and found the ham. The cop was not amused.
The other cops looked over in the car (not getting in it, just from outside the windows) saw nothing suspicious and let em go.

In regards to the blind man prank, something like that actually happened to my dad's best friend who is blind (he lost his sight from diabetes complications). They all went to a strip club with a few other friends and when they sat down, no one realized that the blind guy was facing the wrong way. So, instead of facing the stage, he was facing another table, grinning like someone who thinks there are naked ladies are in front of them, and waving money. Needless to say, the guys at that table were really uncomfortable. I think my dad noticed first and turned him around. As for why a blind man would go to a strip club: idk, he's the weird friend of the group and its very much on brand for him lol.

The case had hams and chesses in that my parents had bought on holiday, and the dogs had sniffed at the case because they were hungry. Apparently this was a relatively common occurrence, so there was a 50/50 chance that what the dogs were smelling was drugs. I think they were springers, which makes sense

The one mem at 21:24 is true, genetics isn't like making a cappuccino. Had a friend in this situation, she was supper worried that she would be called a cheater cause of her genetic background. Genetics is interesting. :)

    They think humans taste disgusting.

I'm just imagining being in a polyamorus relationship, I marry one, but we both are ok with me having a second mate (GF) and when we go in it's free but no drama.
At the end they ask "how is your wife ok with this?" And I'll say "We're polyamorus, I could only legally marry one, but I love them the same, and they love me as they love each other. You got swindled."

@@evanlandis990 LOL! I've now got that video with the bloke putting all the shapes into the square hole in my mind.
I just hope the gf doesn't mind having to pretend she's into her lady's husband for the course of the meal.
Wouldn't matter so much if it was a closed triangle rather than a V, of course.
The real problem is for a poly woman with two bfs or a husband and bf, or those in same-sex poly groups or those with more than 3 in the group.

The one about "Men and women taste the same" and then Click's joke about a collection of hearts just reminded me of this billboard out in like Michigan or something that says "It's not cannibalism if it's deep fried!"
