    Hii shreya ...after lots of searching about DR finally today i got this ...this is very big prob after delievery ...even no one have knowledge about it ...after lots of searching why my stomach is not recovered ...den i knew about DR ...n now m doing all breathing exercise ...hope recovered soon

December me meri normal delivery Hui n next day hi mera tummy turant flat ho gaya thaa within 15 days mera 8 kg weight kam ho Gaya thaa.. mid Feb se mene feel Kiya ki Mera mommy pouch nikal rha hai n Aaj ki date me ye mommy pouch bhadta ja rha h.menr exercise start ki h. Mujhe jaanna hai ye kya issue hai ki after delivery mera tummy bilkul flat thaa 2 months Tak and phir achanak se lower abdominal bhadne laga

    I hav 2 deliveries 2020-2021 now abi 5mnths hue delivery ku maine koi exercise nhi ki 2 dlvry bad 😔now mera pait bhot nikal chuka hai aur stiches me bhi thda pain hai ..
    Kya mai yahi exercise se strt krskti ho ? Kya mai belt bhi lagana strt kru ??

    Just had c section, completed 28days with my baby. I am going through pain with stitches and back pain alot. Not sure how my uterus is going to come back in normal shape. Please help me to understand how to retain the body strength and deal with severe back pain and retain the shape of uterus. Thank you

    Mam mera delivery hokai 3 months huai hai its a normal delivery with 1°tear and its a 2nd child i had a back to back pregnancy mai jabhi b navel ander ki taraf khichti hoon i don't feel anything its going inside or its coming outside...can you tell why it is happening

    Mam, mera pet after delivery bhut loose ho gya h. I m try these exercises but first one complete very well but other exercises jo let kr krni usme mujhe pata nhi lag rha ki Maine belly button pakd rakha h yaa chut gya. Second is letne wali exercise m one time ek leg se 5 time kr pir dusre leg se 5 times kre yaa one by one ek leg se exercise kre... please guide.

      Hi nisha i am having same situation like you... 4 months now after delivery, still having pain while doing mob or other house jobs... I tried some exercise to reduce tummy but make the situation more worst ... I will try now these 5 exercises if I feel positive results I will let u know... 😊😊😊

    Hi Shreya, your videos are very good and you discuss the topics which are generally talked about in India. I am a mother of two kids. Elder one is 5 years and the younger one is 2 months old. After first delivery i didn't face any problem and my stomach was also not there. But this time my tummy is big , very loose and i have some backache also. Do i have DR ?
