    this is Hiromi from Kyoto, Japan. I visited your cooking school last summer with my husband for honeynoon. We really enjoyed making egg tart and cod pancake! This video is also very nice to know traditional Portuguese soup, very detailed and looks very delicious!!

    I am Portuguese. Cabbage is not Collard. Repolho is cabbage. Couve is Collards.

      @@CompadreCookingSchool THANK you. I am Azorean & I know that there are many variations. However, the authentic Caldo verde is more like a light broth not a soup. I live in America & Emeril Lagasse uses Kale and calls it Caldo Verde. Yes, it is a green "soup", but soup is meant to be heartier a close sister of stew.
