The most important thing is to have the net on the ground and surrounding the table. This is easier to achieve before you install the Umbrella in the middle of the table. With the net on the ground and the umbrella installed, all that remains to be done is to make a loop with the slipknot that you estimate to be just a little smaller (not too small) than the circumference of the open umbrella . I did not mention that your umbrella should be open very wide and tall. This should be a smooth operation that requires patience only. But if you do it slowly, you will not have to try more than twice, and it will be done in 15 minutes or less. Just in case things go wrong, please watch my other video entitled "Umbrella Mosquito Net installation without frustration." Sometimes when strong winds are part of the weather forecast, you will need to bring down the Umbrella and set it up again. You need to become an expert quickly. If you have racoons roaming at night, make sure that you leave some water for them because they punctured the base of my net that was filled with water just for a drink. I saw the attack on my surveillance camera. Before that the racoons ripped holes in another net in order to get to the plastic base part of the umbrella. That part holds water as well and must have a cap on and even a piece of tape to keep it in place. Note: the base of my net is now filled with sand. It is heavy to store in a plastic toy box outdoors but I no longer worry about stepping on the base. Happy Summer!

It is indeed a lot of work for one person, but it gets easier once you get on the ladder. However, if for some reason you close the umbrella, you will need to go through the same setup procedure. To avoid having to setup the net each time there is wind in the the weather forecast, I secure the top of the umbrella with two crisscrossing lines that intersect under the finial top that can be unscrewed and tightened. These lines can be attached to trees or the wall of the house. a shorter piece of sting will be needed to make sure that the two stability lines trap the finial on all sides by wrapping the finial top with a few easy to remove knots. I must say that you will still be able to unscrew the finial in order to setup the net all over again. But the idea is to not have to setup the net all over again. Instead you simply pickup the bottom of the net and place it on top of the table. Then you take a belt and wrap the bottom of the net to the center pole of the still open umbrella. Then your net looks like an up-side-down acorn. If you add a color light to it, the whole assembly looks beautiful at night. The best part is that when the wind dies down you will not have to setup that net again. Thank you for the feedback!
They have them for 9 feet diameter umbrellas and seven feet diameter umbrellas. The smaller ones cost less and should work best with your beach umbrella. You should shop around as the price vary. I remember finding the best price for the small one at Walmart but I purchased mine on e-bay. If the people selling the umbrellas do not mention the diameter, you can be sure that it is a smaller 7 feet one.
