I am so stressed about my studies, I have my AS levels at the end of the year. I am trying to do everything not to study efficiently while not being so stressed. Hence, I resort to listening to this beautiful soothing music and taking deep breaths to remind myself of the present moment, instead of not of the challenges that I am going to face in a few months time. While listening to this music, being more calm, I come to my senses and realise that life is always about balancing your work and your personal life and not taking everything way too seriously. Thank you for your help.
