- Sit back, relax, and enjoy this guided meditation for sewists. If you struggle with perfectionism in your sewing, or get nervous before starting a new project, or you just want a few minutes of calm, this is for you. It'll help boost your confidence and chill you out. I started meditating in 2020 and it's been so great for my mental health. I always feel refreshed and relaxed when I meditate, I highly recommend it. Guided meditation can be a great tool for people who are new to meditation, but it's not just for beginners. Don't forget to breathe deeply and fully! If you liked this video, definitely seek out longer meditation videos too. I like to use an app called "Beatfulness" when I meditate, it has binaural beats which are said to help stimulate brain waves (grossly simplified, but Google it!) I hope you enjoy. 🌿

Great video, thank you! I love the idea of a magical fabric. I have the same machine ( ◜‿◝ )♡ it's been my first and only one. I stuck a tiny 3m hook on the hand crank side and I hang my small crane scissors for snipping threads; I was always misplacing them, and that helped so much.
